Front Desk Coordinator – Full Time – Kokomo

Ladd Dental Group is a family-owned dental group practice with several locations in Indiana.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service is given to each customer that comes through our doors by greeting all patients, making sure schedule reflects appointment status and ensuring that our customers feel welcomed and comfortable.
  • Maintain accountability for the schedule book.
  • Identify and address visitor’s needs. Introduce visitors to the appropriate personnel that will assist with their concerns.
  • Keep Font Desk and Lobby area clean, in “white” glove condition, and clear of clutter at all times. Ensure that lobby media is on the appropriate setting.

Required Experience/Education:

  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to deal with customers’ issues involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Oral Surgeon – Kokomo

Requirements

  • DDS, DMD MSD and Certificate in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery, Board Certified.

General Manager – Kokomo

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic candidate with a strong background in leadership, project management, and excellent communication skills. The General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of all operational aspects associated patient care, practice management and administration that includes management of supervisory, administrative, and clinical staff.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum Requirements: Background / Experience:

  • 6 years of increasing management responsibilities.
  • Proven communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • Experience includes managing budgets and/or positively impacting financials.
  • Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines.
  • Past positions include acting a project lead and directing a team.
  • Solid Project Management and supervisory skill.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

General Dentist – Kokomo & Wabash

As a supported Dentist, you must have a strong work ethic, an outgoing and personable chair-side manner, the ability to educate the patient, and the desire to improve within the dental field. You must also be flexible and open to new ways of doing things and able to lead and manage a team.

Finance Assistant – Kokomo

The Finance Assistant will be responsible for coding and processing expense reports, AP/AR and have the opportunity to be cross-trained in all aspects of our daily finance functions.  The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, be detail-oriented, have the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, have a solid understanding of accrual accounting, and be able to work independently and as part of a small team.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Prepare vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records as required
  • Assist in statement reconciliations
  • Audit and proof accounting or other reports for clerical accuracy and conformance to departmental, county, and state procedures
  • Verifies and posts details of transactions to appropriate ledgers and journals
  • Prepares and mails bills or statements, and prepares lists of outstanding bills payable

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Excel (intermediate level skills) a must!
  • 1-2 years’ experience in an accounting department
  • Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other related area
