 Dr. Brittany Curnutt is extremely excited to be a member of LADD Dental Group!  Her goal is to make patients feel comfortable during their visits while also motivating them to play an active role in their oral and dental health.  Dr. Curnutt wants to help patients feel confident in their smiles.  She grew up in Westfield, Indiana, where she is a graduate of Westfield High School.  She then graduated from DePauw University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry in 2010.  Dr. Curnutt is a graduate of Indiana University School of Dentistry, where she graduated as a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2014. During her time at IUSD, Dr. Curnutt volunteered at the Student Outreach Clinic, which provided free dental care to an under-served population in Indianapolis.  Additionally, she was a member of Kid's Club, which provided dental health education and screenings to children in the Indianapolis area.  Dr. Curnutt is a member of the Indiana Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the Indianapolis District Dental Society.  Dr. Curnutt has attended several continuing education classes in order to remain knowledgeable about new technology and advancements in the dental profession.  Her most recent continuing education experience included a visit to Glasgow, Scotland to attend the International Association of Pediatric Dentistry convention.  Dr. Curnutt also earned certification to provide clear braces to patients using Six Month Smiles.  During her free time, Dr. Curnutt enjoys going to sporting events, listening to live music, traveling, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.  She also recently adopted a boxer mix named Jax, and she loves taking him to the bark park or on walks.  Dr. Curnutt looks forward to meeting you and serving all of your dental needs!  

 Dr. Larry Pauley, DDS graduated from the Indiana University School of Dentistry and is a member of the Indiana Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Indiana District Dental Society.  Dr. Pauley is the Ladd Dental group's root canal and endodontics guru.  Dr. Pauley has been performing endodontic therapy for over 25 years, and has a proven track record of highly successful clinical outcomes.  Dr. Ashley Howard is thrilled to be part of the Ladd Dental group. Dr. Howard is a General Dentist with a passion for art, science, and interpersonal relationships. She always strives to deliver comprehensive and compassionate dental care tailored to the individual patient. Dr. Howard grew up in Clayton, New York, where she graduated from Thousand Islands High School. She went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with Minors in Biology and Neuroscience from Elon University in North Carolina. Dr. Howard then earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Midwestern University’s College of Dental Medicine in Illinois (CDMI-IL). Dr. Howard provides dental treatments including, Fillings, Dentures, Partials, Crowns, Bridges, Veneers, Root Canals, Extractions, Cosmetic Dentistry, and Preventative education. Dr. Howard was recognized for excellence in patient care and was awarded the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) Dental Student Award during her time at CDMI-IL. She is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Apperson Study Club, and American Academy of Implant Dentistry. When not in the office she enjoys cooking, skiing, boating, painting, and spending time with family. She has recently moved to Carmel, IN, and is excited to become a part of the community and continue to serve people through comfortable and compassionate dental care. Dr. Howard works Monday through Friday out of our Ladd Dental Group of Kokomo office!

 Dr. Smith, DDS graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and completed his residency at the Keesler Medical Center. Dr. Smith has been providing quality dental care in Kokomo for over 25 years.  He is Ladd Dental Group's most experienced dentist when it comes to dental surgeries and tooth extractions. Dr. Smith works out of our Ladd Dental Group of Peru office and Ladd Dental Group of Kokomo. Dr. Smith prides himself on providing quality dentistry in Kokomo & Peru, and is also an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, National Dental Association, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. 

   Dr. Inna Grishin has extensive training in prosthetic, implants, oral sedation and family dentistry. She began her dental path at Odessa State Medical University in Ukraine and received her DDS degree.
After immigration to the United States, Dr. Grishin completed DDS degree and Prosthodontist specialist certification from Indiana University School of Dentistry. in 2015. She is passionate about providing high quality patient-centered care and takes pride in helping her patients achieve lasting oral health and impressive smiles. Dr. Grishin routinely uses loral sedation when performing any dental procedures to help her patients to overcome dental anxiety.
Outside of dentistry she enjoys cooking and traveling. In her free time you will likely find  Dr. Grishin spending time with her 25 year old twins Julia and Michael and her two fur babies- Poodle, Charlie and Shih Tzu, Winnie.
